We have a lovely new customer in Miss Vanessa who runs BabyBallet and Starmakers classes in the Cleckheaton area.
BabyBallet is an award winning pre-school dance class which operates throughout the country. They cater for boys and girls from 9 months old, with a variety of classes, and are even recommended by netmums. All teachers have to be CRB checked for your child’s safety, and clearly the children gain so much from the classes in terms of movement, social skills, and best of all, they have great fun!
Miss Vanessa holds her classes at PJ’s Gym, Cleckheaton, which is near Spenborough Baths, and also at Total Fitness in Ossett. (STOP PRESS – Vanessa has a new class coming soon in Batley!)
We were asked to amend the existing print design, and then print and distribute leaflets on a monthly basis throughout the wider Spen Valley area. Being an area we know lots about, it was a relatively easy task to identify areas where potential customers live.
Vanessa has done everything she possibly can to make the leaflet campaign a success. The flyers themselves are great to look at, and designed well, and there is also a cracking special offer available. Parents can trial the BabyBallet classes for just £10 for 3 weeks, and the Starmakers Dance Academy, which caters for children between 4 and 8 for the same cost. A variety of contact details are listed, and I think most importantly, the distribution is staggered over a period of months. This means some key areas will receive more than one leaflet – remember the old marketing adage that you need to ‘touch’ your customer up to 7 times in order to get your message across.
Additionally, Vanessa also appears in the pilot issue of Cleckheaton’s new local business directory – Go Shop Local, which will be landing on doormats this week. So, along with her other marketing activity, Vanessa is maximising the visibility of her brand.
